  Shoulder massage was ok. Not nearly hard enough and didn’t seem to look for or focus on trigger points. The foot massage was not at all “reflexology”. I thought reflexology meant to apply intense pressure to stimulate other organs through points in the feet. There was none of that and never, at any point, was there any intense pressure, which is what I went there for. It was relaxing, but that’s about it. Nice atmosphere and friendly but it’s basically just a light rubdown that you could get, literally, from anyone. Then they break out hot rocks which got me excited for a second but they just run them quickly over your legs and feet which doesn’t seem to do anything. I get amazing Chinese massages in Greenpoint BK for half the price and then overtip and leave feeling like repair has been done to my body. I wish there were places like that up here.
